The Orange City Centre redevelopment is a full refurbishment of the existing iconic heritage building following the exit of Myer. The development will comprise the replacement of the existing structure with a new steel framework, while maintaining the original façade. The new retail space will include an additional mini major, 26 specialty shops and 4 kiosks including a new food court.
