Phillip Lau started Archile Projects in 2017 in response to the demand from Property Developers to manage their projects in a way that added value, mitigated risk and treated their projects as a partner as opposed to a fee generator.

Whilst Archile is a boutique firm, it has delivered large projects up to $200 million in value. Having worked for both large and small organisations, Phillip believes that offering a personal, client focused business allows greater control over projects. The team at Archile report directly to Phillip as the owner and Phillip maintains the role of Project Director on all projects delivered by Archile Projects. Archile’s primary business is repeat work and referrals and this is testament that you are only as good as your last project.
