
Phillip Lau
DIRECTOR
Phillip is the founder of Archile Projects and has been in the construction and civil industry for 20 years. He has undertaken several different roles in this time, varying from development management, project management, construction management and contractor management.
Phillip’s leadership qualities in conjunction with his engineering education, allows him to analyse problems and develop practical solutions with positive outcomes for all stakeholders, in an effective manner. His open-minded approach to management and can-do attitude has provided innovative solutions to some challenging situations.
With a background in civil contracting, Phillip has seen the construction industry from the site perspective. It has allowed Phillip to understand the key risks in contracting and given him the ability to foresee potential issues before they arise. Now as a client-side development/project manager, Phillip’s ability to effectively work with and manage contractors has been enhanced through his past experience.

Alan Goh
PROJECT MANAGER
Alan is a qualified Civil Engineer with 10 years experience in the construction industry. Alan has extensive experience in contract administration, procurement, program management, cost reporting, design management, contractor management and authority approvals. He has a positive attitude and a resilience that is contiguous in a project team.
Alan’s fastidious attention to detail has allowed clients to trust that nothing has been missed or overlooked. Alan’s financial reporting and cost tracking has stood up to the scrutiny of even the largest of financial institutions.
Through his multilingual skills, Alan has led teams on the ground in Asia in complex multi-story developments. With a sound understanding of the built form, Alan has always taken an active role in problem solving which is inevitable on the size of projects he has worked on.

Grant Ashton
PROJECT MANAGER
Grant is a qualified Architect with over 30 years in the construction industry. He has a proven track record in design and construction management for commercial developments including residential, industrial, commercial and retail projects. Grant has also managed a number of commercial fitouts and refurbishments of heritage listed buildings. It’s this experience that makes Grant a true asset to the Archile team by sharing his technical knowledge and construction methodologies and techniques with the team.
Grant’s strength is tackling the hardest projects head on without fear. He maintains complete control of contractors at all times and holds them to deadlines without compromising on quality. His design background allows him to not only manage the design process, but work with consultants and the client when changes are required. Grant’s fastidious attention to detail provides clients with absolute confidence that they receive a product of the highest quality, fit and finish.

Terry Timso
PROJECT MANAGER
Terry is a qualified Project Manager and Structural Engineer, with over 35 years’ experience in the building, construction and civil industry. Having led design and documentation on large projects, Terry manages, motivates, encourages teamwork and coordinates consultant designers to deliver documentation. His engineering skills allow him to adopt a practical approach to problem solving. Terry is involved in the technical aspects of the project, from important project decision making, to concept design, undertaking contract administration during construction, project completion and handover. Terry holds a Master degree in Engineering Science, is a Member of Institution of Engineers Australia and a Chartered Professional Engineer.

Glenn Collison
PROJECT MANAGER
Glenn has over 35 years experience in the building industry, commencing with some of Australia’s largest contracting companies and then transitioning into project management. His experience has seen him work on some of Sydney’s most significant projects.
In his time in the industry he has experience in both private and government based projects. Personal attributes include a sound approach to building techniques, a strong awareness in maintaining a good relationship with both client and contractor, and a sound knowledge in the interpretation and administration of contracts.
Glenn has been involved in development and construction projects varying in scale from relatively small ‘make good’ works to projects in excess of $100m.

Lorenzo Lun
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
With more than 20 years of experience in the property and infrastructure industry, Lorenzo has held management positions within ASX-listed companies. His expertise spans various areas, including development feasibility, site acquisition, masterplan design, local council and SSDA planning approvals, lease negotiation and project delivery. Lorenzo brings his extensive knowledge and diverse experience from working on large-scale projects with complex joint venture arrangements involving developers, operators and government bodies.
Lorenzo has spent a significant portion of his career in the planning, leasing and delivery of Australia’s largest intermodal and warehouse facility in Western Sydney. His robust analytical skills and demonstrated capacity for problem-solving underscore his professional capabilities.

Brad Sambell
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Brad has joined the team with a passion to develop his knowledge and skillset within the thriving construction industry, working alongside the experienced team of project managers at Archile.
With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, Brad gained 4 years of experience in project management, coordination and estimation within the fluid and hydraulics manufacturing industry. During this period, he oversaw the manufacture and distribution of large scale, intricate hydraulic assemblies for vital industries such as defence, mining, energy and water.
Brad’s engineering background underpins his technical capabilities and attention to detail to support an in-depth understanding of the project deliverables, and strong problem-solving abilities. Coupled with his client centric approach, ensures a positive project experience spanning from initiation through to closure.
