External additions and upgrades to the existing industrial facility including the provision of new recessed docks, roller shutter and dock levellers – $1 Million.

Cardiff Marketplace

A neighbourhood shopping centre with a Woolworths, BWS, and ten specialty stores. Archile managed all development approvals and construction delivery – $16 Million.

Chester Hill Industrial Development

Dexus seeks consent for a 24,000sqm industrial facility with offices, targeting a 5-Star Greenstar rating – $28 Million.

Circuit 7 Industrial Development

A 27,000sqm premium industrial estate with tenancies from 1,500sqm to 12,000sqm – $46 Million.

Coles Fletcher

A village retail centre comprising a new Coles Supermarket, Liquor land and ten specialty stores, Archile were responsible for all development approvals – $25 Million.

Coles Lindfield

Project Manager for the civil and infrastructure works, including earthworks, remediation, stormwater, new laneway and HV reticulation – $4 Million.

Galleria Shopping Centre

Project Manager installed a solar system on at Galleria Shopping Centre, an iconic CBD shopping centre in Darwin – $200,000.

Gateway Home

A large format retail development located adjacent the new Gateway in Palmerston, NT. The centre offers 15,000sqm of GLA across two buildings – $30 Million.

Gateway Shopping Centre

Project Managed the installation of a 1MW solar system on the roof of the new 65,000sqm Gateway Shopping Centre – $2.5 Million.

Gateway Shopping Centre

A sub-regional centre, comprising of 65,000sqm including Woolworths, BIG W, 4 mini majors, cinemas and a dining and entertainment precinct – $180 Million.

Kookaburra Estate

Kookaburra Estate is a 33,000sqm industrial facility targeting a 5-Star Greenstar Design and As-Built rating – $46 Million.

Lakeside Studios Sydney

Intended to be a world class studio with state-of-the-art facilities, to produce motion pictures and television series – $750 Million.

New residential urban village incorporating curated shopping, cafes, fresh food providores and a Coles supermarket

Lennox Village Shopping Centre

Archile was appointed to project manage the installation of new solar shade structures in the carpark.

Lismore Central

Project Manager and Tenancy Coordinator for the refurbishment and reinstatement of Lismore Central tenants, following floods – $24 Million.

Luddenham Industrial Estate

Altis is seeking SSD Approval for an industrial estate of up to 63,00sqm GFA across multiple buildings. Archile is currently managing the SSD submission – $150 Million.

M4 Greystanes Industrial Park

M4 Greystanes Industrial Park is a 36,200sqm distribution centre for Stockland – $27 Million.

Macksville Woolworths

Project Managed development approvals and construction delivery for the neighbourhood centre featuring Woolworths and five specialty stores – $17 Million.

Marsden Park Industrial Development

Dexus is constructing a 41,000sqm multi-unit industrial facility. Archile managed the SSD approval and contract execution with the D&C Builder – $65 Million.

Moorebank Industrial Development

Dexus is seeking development consent for a 16,000sqm multi-unit industrial facility, targeting 5-Star Greenstar Design and As-Built rating over 2 buildings – $28 Million.

Moorebank Logistics Park

Set to become Australia’s largest logistics development. This facility offers up to 850,000sqm of warehousing and two intermodal transport terminals.

Moorebank Logistics Park – Warehouse 1

This 36,000sqm NSW Distribution centre for Target was completed by Hansen Yuncken.

This purpose-built 13,300sqm facility for Brady Australia, provides two levels of contemporary office space, a new access road and new services infrastructure.

Project Management of Toshiba's new 12,520sqm office accommodation with a focus on streamlining efficiency.

Quarry Industrial Estate: Quarrywest – 7 Dolerite Way

This new high grade 27,100sqm warehouse is a temperature-controlled facility, maximising the space for pallet racking under roof.

Quarry Industrial Estate: Quarryeast – 4 Bellevue Circuit

The café and upper level offices were constructed using six 40-foot custom-modified shipping containers, right down to the lift shaft.

Woolworths National and Regional Distribution Centres

Woolworths invested $770m to construct a 34,600sqm automated Regional Distribution Centre and a 46,700sqm National Distribution Centre – $770 Million.

Yennora Distribution Centre – Building 9

Building 9 at Yennora Distribution Park is a 16,800sqm warehouse for Stockland. As a state-significant inland port, approvals fall under DIPNR jurisdiction.

Yennora Distribution Centre – Container Park

A 21,300sqm heavy duty container park for 4 high containers, stacking 90 tonne axle load container forks.

Yennora Distribution Centre – Rail Siding Pavement Upgrade

Project Managed the removal of container pavement, replaced it with a segmental paver pavement, cement stabilised the subgrade and installed a new concrete edge beam.

68 Anzac St, Chullora

Hines tasked Archile with managing remedial building work, including approvals for service upgrades, new offices, and structural strengthening works – $8 Million.

11A Ferndell St

External additions and upgrades to the industrial facility including a new awning over the docks, repairing the existing awning and pavement restoration works – $1 Million.

New residential development providing homes for 75 households as well as basement parking, a rooftop garden and gym – $25 Million
