First Estate – Site Infrastructure

First Estate project is an industrial development comprising of a large nine allotment subdivision to create a logistic hub on approximately 48.35 hectare site. The project scope consisted of extensive civil and infrastructure works, including the civil component of enabling works, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, road works, landscaping, streetscapes and water. Infrastructure works typically included the extension and lead in reticulation of the utility services such as the construction / install of rising main sewer, extension watermain, electrical and telecommunications.
